Welcome to Harvest Creek Owners Association, established in 1999 to serve as the official website for the Bozeman, Montana Homeowners Association. Our platform, payhoa.com, offers current homeowners valuable neighborhood information, covering dues payment, late fees, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and updates for the residents of Harvest Creek.

Articles of Incorporation
Articles of Incorporation are the basic charter of a corporation which spells out the name, purpose, incorporators, and any special characteristics such as being non-profit. The starting point for filing and approval of articles of incorporation is usually the state’s Secretary of State.

Covenants and Bylaws
Covenants are the limitations attached to a deed containing restrictions and regulations attached to real property.

Bylaws are the written rules by which an organization is governed. They set forth the structure of the board and organization and guide the board in conducting business.

HOA Board Meetings
The Board of Directors hold monthly board meetings that are open to all homeowners
