Harvest Creek Owners’ Association
~Welcome. Harvest Creek is a well-established neighborhood tucked into the northwest side of Bozeman in the heart of the Gallatin Valley. With over 500 single-family homes, it offers a balance of quiet residential living and easy access to schools, shopping, downtown, and Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
What makes Harvest Creek stand out is how naturally everyday life centers around its parks and trails. The neighborhood includes multiple open-space parks, including the well-loved “Monkey Park,” where families gather year-round. The park features a basketball court, playground equipment with swing sets, and a large open field that’s often filled with kids playing frisbee, practicing flag football or soccer, flying kites, or spreading out blankets for picnics. Park benches are thoughtfully placed throughout the area, providing places to relax.
Running through the middle of the neighborhood is the Cattail Creek corridor and connected linear park system, a defining feature of the area. These trails wind within open space, offering scenic walking and biking paths with landscaped surroundings, small bridges, and quiet stretches of nature. Benches along the trail provide places to pause—whether to enjoy the view, catch up with a neighbor, or simply take a break on a walk.
Just as important, Harvest Creek is a community in the true sense of the word. The neighborhood is self-managed by homeowners who live here, creating a sense of shared responsibility and pride. It’s common to see neighbors out walking, kids riding bikes, and families gathering in the parks.
In Harvest Creek, you’re not just buying a home—you’re becoming part of a neighborhood where people know each other, look out for one another.
Welcome to the Harvest Creek community!
