A MONTANA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
1 the undersigned, pursuant to Title 35, Chapter 2, Montana Code Annotated, acting as incorporator of a corporation under the Montana Non-Profit Corporation Act, Section 35-2-113 et. seq. MCA, do hereby adopt the following Articles of
I.
Incorporation for such corporation:
That the name of the corporation is:
HARVEST CREEK OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.
II.
That the corporation is a mutual benefit corporation.
III.
That the period of its duration is perpetual. The corporation will have members.
Distribution of the assets of the corporation upon dissolution shall be as set forth by the laws of the State of Montana and shall not be inconsistent therewith.
IV.
That the purposes for which said corporation is being formed are as follows, to wit:
(a) To carry out and conduct all corporate powers enumerated In the Montana Non-profit Corporation Act, as the same exists from time to time;
(b) To carry out and conduct the business of a homeowners’ association;
V.
That the address of the initial registered office of the corporation is 225 East Mendenhall, Bozeman, Montana 59715, and that the same of the corporation’s initial registered agent is Joseph W. Sabol II.

That the name and address of the incorporator is as follows, to wit:
